About the Role
The Quality AND Data Analyst is responsible for providing basic descriptive statistics, data visualization, and data management.
Responsibilities
Data acquisition, validation, storage, security, analysis, as well as understanding of data from various teams and systems within the organization, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), databases, and data warehouses, in order to facilitate the improvement of the quality, safety, and efficiency of care delivered throughout the JHAH system.
Data Management
- Acquire and merge data from various sources such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), databases, and data warehouses into a standardized structure ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely availability
- Understand and interpret current and proposed or draft measure definitions, specifications, and collection methodologies of clinical and administrative data including data for reporting to governments or to various accreditation or oversight organizations
- Validate data integrity through cleaning, transforming, and validation processes using methods to improve reliability
- Store data efficiently by maintaining architecture and models for analytics databases
- Protect confidential data by following security policies and managing access securely
- Understand standard administrative health clinical and quality data elements, international classification of diseases (ICD), clinical modifications, and procedure classification systems and current procedural terminology (CPT)
- Ensure continuity with thorough documentation to prevent business interruptions and enhance data quality
- Develop and maintain databases for small projects handling data extraction and integration tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Lead the Associate Healthcare Quality Analytics Specialist team
Qualifications
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Health Informatics, Quality Management or other related fields; OR a Master/PhD in the same related fields.

Job Description:
The Office Quality Engineer supports the Quality Manager in implementing, monitoring,
and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) across the project and

The office Quality Engineer also plays a key role in preparing project record

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and collect project Quality KPI report, weekly and Monthly Project
reports and day-to-day quality control issues and assurance activities on-site
and in the office.
• Preparation and developing Quality Assurance documentation, including
Project Quality Plans (PQP), Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP),
ITP Checklists, Procedures, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure
Qualification Records (PQR), Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, Testing
and Commissioning Procedures, Training Manuals, and Project Record
Documentation.
• Quality Record Management: Maintain and organize all QMS quality records
and document control procedures. Ensure proper traceability, accessibility, and
confidentiality.
• Final Documentation and Closeout: Prepare and compile project handover
documents, including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, As-Built
documentation, Testing & Commissioning records, complete project close-out
dossiers, and properly compiled in accordance with initial acceptance
requirements.
• Maintain and control Quality Department documents such as QMS, Internal
Audit reports, and related records.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous
improvement initiatives.
• System Implementation Support: Contribute to the implementation and
continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment
with ISO 9001 or client-specific systems.
• Support Project Quality team for Material Submittal & Vendor Document
Review: Review material submittals, test certificates, and vendor quality
documentation for compliance with project specifications and applicable
standards.
• Coordination and Communication: Liaise with site QA/QC teams,
construction, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure quality
requirements are fully integrated and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Testing and Commissioning activities either On-Site or Off-site.
• Final Documentation and Closeout: Prepare and compile project handover
documents including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, As-Built
documentation, Testing & Commissioning records, and project close-out
dossiers.
• Training and Awareness: Assist in conducting quality awareness sessions and
provide support in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Collecting Project Quality Reporting: Compile and submit regular quality
reports, highlighting key issues, quality performance indicators, NCR trends, and
status of inspections and tests.
Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial)
• Certifications (preferred or as required):
o ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification with hands-on experience in
conducting internal audits.
o Project-specific qualifications (e.g., Aramco, Royal Commission, Dirriyah
or Qiddiyah Approval)
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the field of
construction of power, water, energy, infrastructure, and district cooling
plant projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, with strong
knowledge of MEP systems and products.
