The Job Description

1. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in both manual and automated testing processes.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
3. Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design effective test cases.
4. Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
5. Write and maintain automated tests to ensure software functionality and performance.
