Role Purpose

- Inspect pipe fabrication, fit-up, welding, alignment, and flange joint assemblies.
- Verify compliance with isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material traceability.
- Witness hydrotests, pneumatic tests, and flushing activities.
Welding QA/QC Inspector:
- Monitor welding processes, ensure proper WPS/PQR/WPQ usage.
- Check weld visual inspection, dimensional checks, and NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT) coordination.
- Review and maintain weld logs and welder qualification records.
Painting/Coating QA/QC Inspector:
- Verify surface preparation, environmental conditions, DFT (Dry Film Thickness), and coating system compliance.
- Perform holiday testing, adhesion tests, and inspection of fireproofing and insulation works.
- Maintain paint batch certifications and MSDS documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience
in QA/QC inspection within oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects. - Previous experience in
Aramco, SABIC, or any other major projects
is preferred.
