Responsibilities

  • Take on the role of the primary designer within a diverse product team, leading the complete design process for native mobile and web platforms. This includes conducting research, creating wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and detailed design specifications, as well as managing the visual QA and implementation process.
  • Work independently and take full ownership of your tasks, ensuring attention to detail at every step.
  • Generate multiple design concepts rapidly, demonstrating a keen sense of when to focus on intricate details and when to create low-fidelity sketches and prototypes.
  • Clearly communicate and present your work at various stages of the design process.
  • Think strategically to meet the demands of a continuous release cycle while working towards a future vision.
  • Collaborate with the product manager on your team to express long-term, medium-term, and short-term opportunities, facilitating alignment exercises such as design sprints, workshops, and planning sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of Sirdab's design systems, and gain a comprehensive understanding of existing systems, interdependencies, product roadmaps, and our product development procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing at a B2B tech or media companies across responsive web, naive mobile apps is a plus
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Passionate attention to detail – able to work meticulously and quickly
  • Strong multi-tasking skills; capable of juggling multiple projects at once
  • Capable of handling the pressure of accelerated deadlines and numerous ad hoc requests
  • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision

The Job in a Nutshell

We are looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and elevate its design discipline. This managerial role involves collaborating across departments (Product, Data, Engineering) to define and scale both Product Design and UX writing & research. What You Will Do

  1. Partner closely with our Designers, Product Leaders, and Engineering Managers to shape our strategy and roadmap for the Foodics Design discipline.
  2. Foster a cohesive design team culture by mentoring junior product designers, providing growth opportunities, and creating an environment that attracts and retains top talent.
  3. Scope project work (in partnership with PMs, Data, and engineers) and help define the strategy, roadmap, and timelines to implement them.
  4. Act as a coach for the team providing technical guidance, feedback, and the right support to help each member do their best work.

Job Description

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the retail industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a Project Coordinator (Product Development) , you will be responsible for supporting the project manager and the project team by organizing and managing administrative tasks. Submitting purchase requests for products, as well as monitoring shipment schedules and delivery timelines.

Key Accountabilities
  • Monitor work with the factory or production to ensure the production plan aligns with the new product launch date.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the production and marketing department to define and develop the brand direction
  • Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding the training of sales representatives on new products and the selection of packaging.
  • Ensure the continuity of each phase of the new project's execution, evaluate the phases, and complete implementation correctly.
  • Collect and determine the raw materials necessary for designing and producing, and analyze the cost of the new product.
  • Evaluate the new product, determine its success level, and participate in taking the necessary action.
  • Monitor new market trends and present ideas for new products and projects.
  • Follow all unified policies, processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant instructions.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering best practices.
  • Encourage others to implement relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management Systems Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product development or a similar field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Managing one's own time and helping to keep the project on schedule.
  • Ability to identify small issues and escalate them appropriately before they become major problems.
