Role Overview

As a UX/UI Design Expert, you
combine a deep understanding of user experience principles with a strong visual design sense to deliver intuitive, engaging, and impactful interfaces.

You will play a key role in shaping digital products and ensuring that design decisions are driven by user insights, data, and business goals.

Missions & responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design activities from concept to delivery, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping to identify needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Apply
  UX methodologies
  within both
  Waterfall
  and
  Agile
  environments.
• Maintain a consistent and scalable design system, ensuring visual and functional coherence across projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
• Proven experience in designing digital products using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in delivering similar large-scale or complex projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certification in User Experience (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group certification preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).

Job Summary

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will develop the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Duties

• Utilize software like Sketchup, Revit, and SolidWorks to create designs
• Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Create 2D animations for presentations or websites
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements
• Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback
• Use tools like MicroStation and Civil 3D for design projects
• Generate detailed schematics that are utilized in the manufacturing process

Experience

• Proficiency in mechanical design principles
• Familiarity with drafting techniques and procedures
• Experience in building and construction design is a plus
• Knowledge of animation software is advantageous

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer to support the development of visual concepts, retail mock-ups, merchandise items, and technical presentations. The successful candidate will combine strong design expertise with technical execution, ensuring that all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, project requirements, and client expectations. This role requires both creative innovation and practical problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store & Retail Design Develop 2D and 3D mock-ups for retail stores, kiosks, and branded environments.
• Produce design solutions that are both visually appealing and operationally feasible.
• Ensure design intent is accurately translated into execution through collaboration with project and operations teams.
• Merchandise & Product Development Design branded merchandise and promotional items in line with project and client requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness of produced items.
• Create detailed product specifications and design guidelines for production. Presentations & Technical Documentation Prepare professional, high-quality technical presentations and design decks for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Produce technical drawings and supporting documentation to facilitate project implementation.
• Maintain an organized archive of design concepts, files, and project documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, project management) to ensure design deliverables meet strategic objectives.
• Adapt and refine design concepts based on feedback and evolving project needs. Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance the visual impact of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in design, preferably within retail, events, or branded environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or equivalent) Presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of production processes (fabrication, printing, merchandise production). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Preferred Competencies Prior experience in retail space design, exhibitions, or event branding.
• Familiarity with regional suppliers and production processes within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to work on high-profile projects with international standards.
