Job Description

Based at Hayy Jameel in Jeddah, the Design and Production Assistant will support the Design and Production Manager in the delivery of exhibitions, installations, commissions, and spatial design projects across Art Jameel’s multidisciplinary spaces. This role requires technical proficiency in spatial design software, strong organisational capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.

The role includes responsibilities ranging from technical drawing and 3D modelling to project administration and on-site coordination. The Design and Production Assistant will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including teams from Exhibitions, Learning, Operations, and Communications, as well as with external fabricators, artists, and contractors. Technical Support

● Prepare architectural drawings, technical specifications, and layout plans using AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.

Project Coordination
