The Job in a Nutshell

We are looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and elevate its design discipline. This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Coordinating activities to deliver assigned elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
  • Guiding daily operations of design management teams across projects.
  • Ensuring briefs and stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Providing operational support to deployed design management resources.
  • Reviewing and presenting KPIs and management data to stakeholders.
  • Supporting business development and work-winning efforts.
  • Ensuring adherence to management systems and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contributing to management reviews by collating, analysing, and presenting key metrics.
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating teams to ensure aligned and integrated deliverables.
  • Leveraging company knowledge and centre of excellence resources for continuous improvement.
  • Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Relevant MEA experience.
  • Degree qualification.
  • Relevant professional membership.
  • Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
