About the Role :

As a Luxury Watchmaker, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing luxury timepieces to the highest technical and aesthetic standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnosis : Conduct thorough functional and visual assessments to identify all visible and non-obvious faults. Define optimal repair strategies and prepare service orders, adhering to brand policies.
• Repair : Perform quick services and complete movement overhauls (Quartz, Mechanical, Automatic, Chronograph, and movements with other complications). Execute maintenance services, including gasket replacements and crystal fitting. Replace components such as hands, dials, and pushers, ensuring water resistance. Dismantle and assemble various types of cases.
• Workshop : Maintain your workbench, workshop, tools, and equipment in impeccable working and clean condition.
• Spare Parts : Order timely replenishments of spare parts and other necessary supplies.
• Quality Control : Conduct thorough quality checks of completed repairs before release.
• Communication : Provide feedback to management and technical support to aid in client communications.
• Problem Solving : Solve technical problems related to repairs and the workshop.
• Process Adherence : Follow defined intervention and repair flows.
• Time Management : Complete daily allocated jobs according to defined deadlines.
• Collaboration : Participate in coordination, continuous improvement, and problem-solving meetings.

The Opportunity

The Systems Technician will be responsible for the execution of the maintenance tasks related to the Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS), ILCMS & CCRs, at King Khalid International Airport.

The system technician will be working on different types of equipment, including the ALCMS cabinet and the AGLAS servers/PCs, located in key spots around the airport, like the Electrical Airfield Substations, ATC Building, and the Maintenance Control Centre. Our mission is to perform all preventive maintenance for the ALCMS, ILCMS, and CCRs with a focus on safety and excellence, following the guidance of our skilled System Engineer. Plus, we’ll roll up our sleeves to handle any necessary repairs and corrective maintenance on these crucial systems. Let’s keep everything running smoothly and efficiently!

You will make an impact by….

• Monitor the ALCMS/ILCMS on a 24/7 basis to identify and report any system faults or deviations to the ALCMS Call Center Operator and the System Engineer.
• Execute the preventive maintenance workorders as planned and given by the System Engineer for the maintenance of the electronics systems and devices related to the Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS), Individual Lamp Control & Monitoring System and CCRs.
• Execute repair works due to unplanned events and systems failure as they appear.
• Record all events and faults related to the ALCMS/ILCMS and CCRs.
• Record all shift activities and hand them over to the next Technician on shift duty.
• Perform daily Inspection in different locations at the airport of the ALCMS/ILCMS and CCRs equipment such as: ALCMS Cabinet, ALCMS servers & ALCMS PCs, AGLAS servers/PCs & AGLAS Masters.
• To make sure the working environment is safe by always following all the safety rules and regulations.
• Support the management in the overall execution of the maintenance operations.
• Subject to regular on-call/re-call on emergency and incident basis.
• Perform Night Operations duty as scheduled by the Team Leader

• Certificate of Technical Education (electrical) for Technicians or equivalent, with 2 to 5 years’ experience in comparable function and facility.
• Well spoken in English
• Working knowledge of MS office tools (MS Projects, MS office etc.)

Fraser Hospitality is seeking a Welder Fabricator to join Fraser Suites in Riyadh. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing welding and metal fabrication work across the hotel’s facilities, ensuring all metal structures, fixtures, and custom elements meet high standards of quality, aesthetics, and safety. What you will be doing as a Welder Fabricator:

1. Perform welding and fabrication tasks for hotel infrastructure, including handrails, gates, frames, kitchen equipment, decorative metal elements, and repair of damaged items.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions to produce precise metalwork.
3. Repair or reinforce metal furniture, fixtures, and structural components throughout guest and staff areas.
4. Ensure all welding and fabrication work complies with health, safety, and fire protection standards.
5. Conduct preventive maintenance on metal equipment and infrastructure.
6. Support renovation and refurbishment projects, including fabrication of custom interior design components or F&B outlets.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
8. Collaborate with other engineering team members to complete tasks efficiently and with minimal guest disruption.
9. Record and report all work performed in maintenance logs or digital systems.
