- Build long-term Trusted Relationships with senior customer Decision Makers, including their Chief Technology and Information Officers, and decision makers within the customer’s business units.

- Ensure Root Cause Analysis findings and remediation plans are integrated into Proactive Support Delivery Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful infrastructure-focused implementations and migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers.
  • Manage the deployment of cloud-based distributed virtualized infrastructure solutions according to complex customer requirements. Contribute to the development of standardized solutions and automation scripts.
  • Lead the program management of multi-functional large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance, tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. Manage risks, issues, and actions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of infrastructure and cloud migration phases (discovery/assessment, foundations, and migration).
  • Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines. Mentor junior consultants and actively participate in community contributions.

Job Summary:

What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create

Responsible for driving sales growth and creating tailored cloud managed services solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with strong business acumen to deliver value-based solutions aligned with client objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectation

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for cloud managed services, from qualification to closure.

  • Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose appropriate cloud Services solutions.

  • Design managed service offerings for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud cost optimization, DRaaS, monitoring, and governance.

  • Build tailored proposals, TCO/ROI models, and contractual structures for multi-year cloud outsourcing deals.

  • Collaborate with delivery, architecture, Application and security teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance.

  • Drive commercial strategy, Operational and pricing models, and SLA/XLA definition.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale’s (Azure, AWS, GCP), ISVs, and OEM partners.

  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and lead cloud transformation workshops with clients.

  • Track and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets in alignment with the cloud GTM strategy.

  • Stay updated on emerging cloud trends and competitive landscape to refine offerings.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), migration strategies, FinOps, AIOPs, and DevOps.

  • Certifications on Azure/AWS/Google Certified Practitioner.
