The Role
As the Engineering Supervisor, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring efficient and safe running of all hotel plants, machinery, equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and plumping systems
As a member of the Engineering department, this role is responsible for ensuring that all the engineering and maintenance activities of the hotel are always conducted to the highest professional standards, with guest comfort and safety being the highest priority.

- Organize the engineering team's daily tasks to manage planned maintenance, address guest requests, and handle emergencies.
- Oversee the engineering team to ensure efficient task completion.

- Collaborate with other operational departments to provide necessary engineering support to ensure operational smoothness.
- Inspect and maintain the hotel's air conditioning, water, and fire safety systems to meet standards.
- Coordinate closely with all hotel departments to keep their equipment running smoothly.
- Supervise external contractors working for the hotel and assist inspectors during inspections.
- Carry out any additional tasks necessary for operational smoothness.

Minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills & Qualifications

Reporting to the Engineering Organization, the Electrical Engineer designs, develops, and improves new and existing products using sound engineering principles. He/she provides technical support to manufacturing, sustaining, and field operations, troubleshooting electrical problems from the component level to the system level. He/she also supports the field service department in troubleshooting Drilling rig electrical control system problems. He/she creates bills of materials, drawings, and assembly instructions. - Performs engineering calculations as required
- Designs electrical rig packages with integrated systems for power distribution and controls tailored to specific rigs.
- Conducts installation and commissioning of various oilfield equipment for DC/AC rigs.
- Provides support for rigging up, commissioning, FAT, endurance tests, as required.
- Creates test fixture, test setup, and test equipment for engineering, manufacturing, sustaining, and field operation from component level to system level
- Performs hands-on tests, completes reports, and does results analysis promptly
- Experience with VFD architecture, Inductive / Resistive loads, MCCs, Switchgear / Transformer sizing, Relay Logic, Generator Control hardware, SCR Drives, Electrical System Grounding and Bonding techniques
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Performs hands-on work in design, test, shop work, field test, and field operation support in rig location
- Effectively work with the team, group, and the organization.
- Participates in meetings within the organization and with vendors, clients, contract manufacturers, and other relevant parties

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay . Reporting to the Engineering Manager , you will assist in leading the Engineering team through the final stages of construction, testing, commissioning, operational setup, and the smooth transition into daily maintenance activities. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems and equipment meet Four Seasons standards of quality, efficiency, and safety, supporting both project readiness and ongoing operations.
What You Will Do
- Support the Engineering leadership team in reviewing technical specifications, MEP installations, and testing procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Participate actively in inspections, snagging, commissioning, and system testing processes alongside contractors and consultants.
- Supervise the handover of equipment, technical documentation, warranties, and asset tagging to ensure complete and accurate operational transitions.
- Oversee the setup and data entry of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Hotsos), including asset registration, preventive maintenance schedules, and task generation.

- Transition into daily supervision of maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance programs, guest room repairs, public area maintenance, and emergency responses.
- Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and service excellence within the Engineering team through hands-on leadership and training.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or large facilities, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire life safety systems, and energy management systems.
- Proven experience with pre-opening activities including commissioning, snagging, defect management, and system handover processes.

The Role
The primary role of the Installation Worker / Supervisor (Technical Advisor/Supervisor) is to ensure that project objectives are met daily in the construction site, with respect to timelines, quality, safety, budget, and environment.
Working closely with Project Management and Health Safety team, the goal is to provide high quality work to meet customer expectations. This role offers great development and career opportunities within the global leader Company of above ground fuel storage tanks and emission reducing equipment.
The Job
- Preparing work Site equipment & layout
- Making improvement proposals of installation manuals, design, and methods
- Managing and leading installation teams and subcontract staff, according to installation manuals/drawings
- Liaising with client representatives
- Following project timelines and safety rules
- Checking and managing material inventory
- Assessing project progress and providing input to Project Manager
We are looking for
- Prior relative work experience in industrial related sector will be considered as a plus
- Driver’s license is a must
- Time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
- Netherlands based candidate to hire.

Base pay rangeSAR120,000.00/yr - SAR180,000.00/yr
This position entails the direct supervision of the operation and maintenance of advanced technical systems across multi-purpose facilities, including surveillance systems, access control, smart gates, parking systems, and network infrastructure. The role serves as a key link between operational teams and technology vendors, ensuring system readiness, uptime, and performance. The candidate is expected to take the initiative, maintain high technical standards, and continuously propose improvements that enhance service efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor technical systems such as surveillance, access control, smart gates, and parking systems
- Manage and maintain the internal network infrastructure, ensuring stability and security
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of BMS systems and server rooms
- Handle system faults and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support
- Monitor system licenses and perform regular updates and preventive maintenance
- Prepare periodic reports on system performance and technical issues
- Supervise the implementation of new systems or upgrades
- Manage access permissions for users, visitors, and vehicles
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Train users and internal teams on technical systems and procedures
- Manage relationships with technical service providers and ensure contractual compliance
- Propose and implement technical enhancements to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in a similar operational environment
- Proficient in managing surveillance systems, access control, smart gate operations, and network administration
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, technical reporting, and vendor management
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with diverse teams
