We are seeking an experienced Technical Expert/Client Liaison Engineer specializing in civil engineering for airport projects. The role involves being a critical part of a site-based team led by the Engineering Director, coordinating civil design, analysis, and construction oversight (if required) while serving as a key liaison with clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will report into the Building Assets Director.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in airport infrastructure and superstructure projects, and excellent client management skills. This position requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and compliant civil solutions in a fast-paced, aviation-focused environment.

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to infrastructure designs and construction.
  • Prevent the emergence of questions before, during, or after the design period stages.
  • Organize and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, technical challenges, and potential solutions, adding value to our services.
  • Translate technical details into clear and concise information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate data collection and interfaces with other design teams.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in airport infrastructure and terminal building projects.
  • Proven experience in a client liaison role, managing relationships with stakeholders on complex projects.
  • Expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems in airport environments, including airside and landside facilities.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of airport infrastructure design and construction , including drainage systems, pavements, grading, and utility networks.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical and environmental considerations in airport projects.
  • Understanding of airfield operational requirements and the ability to integrate them into design and construction plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with airport authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey complex mechanical and plumbing concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in conducting stakeholder meetings, progress briefings, and workshops.

Regulatory and Industry Standards

  • In-depth knowledge of aviation-specific regulations and guidelines, such as ICAO Annexes, IATA standards, FAA regulations, and local civil engineering codes.

Joint Venture Projects Support Division (JVPS) under Fuels Strategy & Capital Planning Department (FS&CPD) is responsible for providing oversight and support to Aramco affiliates projects within Downstream Fuels portfolios. This includes providing an independent view to decision makers on project progress, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Your primary role is to lead and conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment to identify gaps that will impact project execution. You are also going to provide project management consultations to project teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor.
  • Analyze projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
  • Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages
  • Facilitate project risks analysis.
  • Collect and analyze projects lessons learned

Our client in construction Services industry is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management for opportunities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or the United Arab Emirates

Are you a results-driven project leader with a proven track record of turning strategy into execution? We're seeking aDirector of Project Management to lead our project office, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and drive high-impact results across the organization.

What You’ll Lead

  • Oversee and manage thefull project lifecycle for enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Lead theProject Management Office (PMO) and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Define and optimizeproject governance, processes, and KPIs .
  • Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads totranslate business goals into project roadmaps .
  • Ensureon-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across multiple teams and departments.
  • Lead a team of project and program managers; provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Manage risk, change, communication plans, and stakeholder expectations with transparency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 11+ years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or director role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional, and high-budget projects.
  • Strong knowledge ofPM methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, PMP, Prince2 (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience indigital transformation, IT, or enterprise solution rollouts is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability toinfluence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field. PMP, PgMP, or MBA is a strong advantage.
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic) is preferred but not mandatory.
