Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring Safe Work
- Ensure that employees are using personal safety gear while carrying out plant operations.
- Ensure that general safety and good housekeeping practices are followed across the plant, offices, and canteen.

Fire Fighting Equipment

- Maintain and update the SOPs' for all safe work practices and equipment.
- Maintain all the inspection, incidents and other health and safety related record.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
- Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes.
