We are currently seeking a Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety -Engineer to support EHS implementation across our KSA manufacturing entities; this role will report to the Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety.
**The Role**:
- Support day-to-day EH&S operations in a fast paced, cross functional and highly collaborative manufacturing / Construction environment.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System elements pertaining to all construction and manufacturing operations.
- Serve as the integration and development leader of Lucid EHS Management Systems to ensure conformance to ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Support on-floor activities daily by attending tier meetings, resolving issues presented by team members, and coaching the floor with the EHS employee engagement process.

Job Title: Environmental Coordinator/Safety Trainer
Overview: As an Environmental Coordinator/Safety Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting workplace safety within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental programs, conducting safety training sessions, and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and safety consciousness among employees.
Responsibilities:
- Environmental Coordination:
- Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct environmental audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage environmental permits and reporting requirements, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate environmental considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Investigate and resolve environmental incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for employees, covering topics such as hazard identification, emergency response procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Conduct safety assessments and inspections to identify hazards and risks in the workplace.
- Develop safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on safety-related matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety training programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to environmental compliance, safety training, incidents, and inspections.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders as required.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in environmental performance and safety practices.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding environmental and safety concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Foster a culture of environmental responsibility and safety awareness through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (e.g., regulatory agencies, and contractors) to achieve environmental and safety objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Aramco construction projects .
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environment qualification.
- Aramco Approved
- Certified HSE Train the Trainer.
- ISO: 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 91001.
- NEBOSH/IOSH certified.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA) and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in addressing environmental and safety issues.
Working Conditions:
- 60 hours a week
- Location: Qassim and Jubail, Saudi Arabia
- Position is site-based hence accommodation and transportation to be arranged by the company, salary7000-7500 SAR Basic salary , food provided by the company or food allowance

**Job Description**:
To keep health and safety security measures up to standard, to maintain all fire & safety equipment's in the hotel as well as helping in the fire training for the hotel staff.
Responsible for all safety checks & inspections as per local regulations, MH&R standard and NFPA.
SCOPE
- Keep all fire fighting equipment in excellent conditions as per its manuals
- Cooperate with the colleagues in /out the department to reach guest satisfaction.
- Preparing the hotel staff fire, health and safety training program.
- In charge of repairing and maintaining all low fire detection and firefighting system.
- Preparing the yearly safety inspection/maintenance plan of all the hotel safety systems.
- Normal staff and intervention team fire training.
- Orientation and safety training for new comers.
- Periodical inspection for all working areas for preventive measures.
- Inspection of work accidents and diseases and preparation of reports explaining the reasons and the required precautions to avoid them.
- Statistics of major work accidents and professional diseases to send them yearly to the ministry of Man Power and Training.
- To establish preventive discipline among employees through training and directional signs.
- To report any misuse that might lead to accidents or extra cost in the daily Industrial Security Logbook.
- To secure all dangerous process like welding, demolishing, constructions, unloading of heavy loads and discharging of fuel and gas tankers.
- To furnish first aid boxes with the required staff from the clinic.
- Periodical checking of safety measures for boilers, ovens, kitchen and gas pipes with the concerned personnel.
- To keep storing procedures up to standard for safety and security measures.
- To ensure safety procedures in the projects execution and to take a part in the fire safety projects.
- To keep the safety and security measures of the swimming pool.
- Responsible for finalizing yearly civil defense license and required documents needed for hotel license.
- Ensuring that all fire, health and safety systems are working properly, tested and documented.
- Conduct monthly fire drill and evacuation drill twice per year.
- Responsible for FLHS&S audit checklist and action plan to achieve 90% target.
**Qualifications**:
Demonstrated experience within same role.
Certified.
