Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering at an accredited College or University

- Establishes and directs the preparation / maintenance, implementation and monitoring of department policy and procedure manuals.
- Prepares and submits reports; collects and maintains accurate operations and other data.
- Investigates complaints regarding facilities services; determines and implements corrective actions.
- Knowledge in low and high pressure boilers, heating, lighting, ventilating, electrical power, air conditioning, refrigeration, biomedical and other mechanical equipment as it applies to the operation, maintenance and repair of such equipment; methods, materials, tools and practices used in the painting, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electronic, electrical and mechanical trades; occupational hazards and safety practices of the building, electrical and mechanical trades; supervisory methods and techniques.
- Knowledge in building and fire safety codes.
- Knowledge in civil defense requirements regarding plant maintenance, operations and standard uniform building and safety codes.
- Ability to plan, assign, supervise and coordinate the work of subordinates; plan and lay out maintenance projects; estimate labor, materials and other costs for projects.
- Ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs; keep records and prepare reports.
- Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with subordinates, superiors, other staff and department, outside agencies / individuals and others.
- Ability to read, interpret complex rules, regulations, plans and specifications.
- Ability to prepare budgets and make expenditure recommendations.

Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering at an accredited College or University
Professional ExperienceSix years minimum experience in plant engineering, plant operations and plant maintenance in a large commercial, industrial or institutional building or building complex including two years supervising staff and operational activities, preferably in a large, acute hospital facility.

This role involves developing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the Royal Commission Yanbu is prepared to handle potential threats effectively.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities across all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of identified risks on the organization's operations, services, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure risk management practices are integrated and aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Interface with other team members and interact with other departments to gather necessary information and support risk assessment activities.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Provide expert guidance and support during actual incidents and emergencies, ensuring effective risk response and recovery efforts.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk assessment and management.
