- Assessing Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action promptly
- Possessing strong knowledge of precast concrete fabrication processes, including testing, inspections, and quality standards
- Conducting material tests, dimensional checks, and inspecting precast components for compliance with design specifications
- Reviewing shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices
- Reporting non-compliance issues to stakeholders for appropriate action
- Familiarity with international quality standards and building codes related to precast concrete (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI)
- Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures specific to precast construction
