The RoleDGM's Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) is a high-growth area that enables electric distribution utilities to monitor, manage, control, and optimize the grid. The RoleWe are currently seeking a full-time, highly professional, and career-oriented Power Systems Engineer to support the Director and Manager in people leadership, resource planning, and project execution. This role also serves as a deputy, assisting with team coordination and operational responsibilities for a defined group of engineers. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of power systems analysis, knowledge of electric utility and DERMS operation, and experience in team leadership and project delivery.
Your Impact- Assist in capacity planning, project staffing, and team scheduling.
- Lead onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
- Support individual performance evaluations and development plans.
- Help resolve team-level execution issues and coordinate resource reassignments.
- Review contract specifications and define project requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and contribute to the development of training material.
- Communicate detailed technical and project requirements to internal departments as needed.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements and communicate project plans and updates.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to training material development.
- Provide support for pre-sales activities and assist resource coordination.
- Contribute to the execution of process improvement initiatives within the team.
- BS (required) or MS (preferred) degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering including completion of one or more Power Systems courses.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.

- Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $109,600.00 - $137,000.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
