• We are looking for a talented CCTV Indian Camera Technician from Saudi Arabia to join our team. The candidate should be skilled in CCTV camera installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They should have good knowledge and experience in setting up surveillance systems and ensuring their smooth operation. The candidate must be knowledgeable about different CCTV systems and their configurations, and be able to diagnose and repair technical issues.

• Responsibilities:
• • Install and configure CCTV systems indoors/outdoors, including pole installations based on specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cameras and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards and client requirements.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• • Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in KSA in the ELV industry, with proven expertise in CCTV projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of all Mechanical & Electrical parts independently for all types of Elevators & Escalators.
2. Perform Quality Control on all stages of Mechanical Installation for all types of Lifts/Escalators.
3. Layout and connection of all wires such as Traveling/Control cables, Machine room, and all connections inside the car and wherever required.
4. Testing & commissioning of lifts and Escalators of Micro-processors control type, and VVVF Drive.
5. Conduct all necessary adjustments after completion of testing & commissioning for Car & Landing doors.
6. Perform minor & major corrective maintenance for all types of lifts & Escalators.
7. Attend callbacks and perform preventative maintenance for lifts & Escalators under contract maintenance.
8. Submit Commissioning and Maintenance reports to management.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in the same field.
Salary: Sr. 2,250/- per month with free Housing, Transportation, and Medical facility.
Position: Junior Elevators & Escalators Technician.
Salary: Sr. 1,750/- per month with free Housing, Transportation, and Medical facility.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in the same field.
Field: Installation, testing & commissioning of Elevators & Escalators.
Education: Minimum 3 years Diploma (Polytechnic) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Additional Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in New Elevator Installation from A~Z, Testing/Commissioning, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Elevators & Escalators, preferably in Japanese Brands such as Mitsubishi, Toshiba, SANYO & HITACHI.
Age: Preferably under 32 Years.
Personal Characteristics: Strong character, responsible, autonomous and independent, capable of working under pressure with less supervision.
Driving License: Holding a Driving License.
Language: Good English language skills (writing & speaking).
Computer: Good knowledge of computer and MS programs for reporting and correspondence.

The Role – Airport CAD/BIM Technicians (10+ Years)

We are inviting a highly skilled Airport CAD/BIM Technicians to join our dynamic aviation and infrastructure team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

This role will support the design and delivery of complex airport projects through the preparation and coordination of detailed CAD and BIM models, ensuring compliance with international aviation standards and multidisciplinary integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality CAD drawings and BIM models for airport infrastructure including runways, taxiways, aprons, and terminal facilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and planners to ensure accurate and coordinated design documentation.
• Adhere to project-specific CAD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows in compliance with ICAO, FAA, and GACA requirements.
• Assist in clash detection, model reviews, and the integration of data-rich 3D models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the development of digital design strategies and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM/CAD practices.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting and modelling for aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience working on airport or airside design projects is essential.
• Familiarity with Middle East project requirements, especially in KSA, is highly desirable.
• Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams and delivering documentation aligned with international aviation and BIM standards.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks , and other BIM authoring or coordination tools.
• Solid understanding of CAD/BIM standards such as ISO 19650, and aviation-related codes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
