Job summary

Main Accountability/responsibility

- Medical information letter creation (local) and review (regional/global) in collaboration with Med Info function.

Cross functional Team collaboration:
Serve as the key medical point of contact for the cross functional teams including the commercial team:
- Contribute clinical, scientific and strategic input to support the cross functional team.
- Serve as a key resource for Medical Launch support.
- Contribute to the development of medical strategies for brand plans.
- Offering scientific and creative input, contribute to the development (local materials) and/or review global/regional materials of promotional materials for the brand team.
- Effectively communicate and transfer knowledge of the therapeutic available solutions environment, the clinical landscape and relevant medical and scientific knowledge.
- Oversee the medical component of the local Patient Support Programs Serve as a key resource to support the medical training needs of internal Business Partners such as Sales and Marketing.
- Oversee the collation and analysis of customer information to drive understanding and insights and pro-actively anticipate issues/challenges and raise them to relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver scientific, educational, and promotional presentations internally and to customers.
- Lead/support the planning and implementation of symposia, advisory boards, scientific exchange, speaker trainings and educational meetings/events with HCPs as needed.
- Provide recommendations for thought leaders (TLs) and other external parties to serve as consultants or faculty.
- Identify, support, and train Lilly contracted speakers.
- Effectively lead collaborate with alliance partners.
- Partner with CRP/CRS and act as back up when needed.
Customer Engagement & Experience:
- Respond to external customer questions and needs, including escalations by Med Info & Sales in accordance with the company-wide requirements for responding to unsolicited requests for information.

Professional Development:

Qualifications and Experience:
Core
- Advanced degree in health sciences or allied field (MD, PharmDor PhD in medically related field).
- 2-3 years of relevant clinical practice experience in Cardiometabolic Health or 2 or more years industry (medical/scientific role) experience in Cardiometabolic Health.
- Knowledge and experience of customer interface with ability to anticipate customer needs and non- standard requests.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner across multiple functions (Marketing, global patient safety, compliance, legal, regulatory, reimbursement and access, etc).

We are seeking high caliber candidates for Professional Medical Representative to join our Vaccines Unit team. The selected individual will represent our company on an assigned territory in a complex and dynamic professional business environment. The primary responsibility of the PMR is to communicate effectively, either individually or in groups, with customers in a manner which encourages the use of our company products where indicated. These communications require the effective selection and use of a variety of support systems to accurately convey technical and economic information, so our company products will be prescribed when indicated. The incumbent works under the supervision of his / her immediate supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the organization ethics and values fully and then apply that knowledge to their interactions - Ensure high level of ethical standards of business in place.
- Plans and executes calls to healthcare institutions within the assigned territory and in accordance with company Policies and Procedures and compliance with legislation.
- Working to raise awareness and advocacy level of HCPs in the assigned territory.
- Achieve his/her financial objectives and communicated KPIs.
- Actively managing territory plan and accounts in scope from planning & forecasting perspectives.
- Deploying marketing strategy and key tactics in the assigned territory to expand the assigned brands in line with our company values and procedures.
- Participates in scientific events for healthcare professionals.
- 30% travel time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or any related discipline.
- Team worker, self-motivated, ability to manage multitasks, and tight schedules.
- One year of pharma or medical devices experience (Preferred).
- Experience in vaccine therapy area (Plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Accountable and results oriented.
- Eager to learn.
- Saudi National is a must base on local country regulations.
