JOB SUMMARY:
Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our team. As a Nurse at Al Borg Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our diagnostic services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Perform diagnostic tests and collect samples for laboratory analysis
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Provide patient education and support on health conditions, medications, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective and coordinated patient care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient environment

- Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid nursing license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
- Previous nursing experience is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and practices
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Ability to administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Supervise and follow up on the performance of welfare technicians (handicapped-aged) and continuously check services rendered to residents and their health conditions.
- Follow up on the registration of sick cases, examine, register details of cases, and report to the authorized doctor.
- Monitor prescribed medicine doses for patients.
- Ensure the timely transfer of residents to clinics or hospitals for treatment.
- Provide all necessary nursing aid for residents in the branch.
- Train welfare technicians (handicapped-aged) on how to deal with residents according to technical standards in the field.
- Pay continuous attention to the health conditions of residents and ensure they receive the necessary personal care.

What You Bring:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner specialization from an accredited program.
- Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (adult-gerontology, family, or related area).
- Active state licensure and DEA registration, with the ability to practice independently and prescribe medications.
- Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or long-term care is a plus, but new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, particularly in managing diverse medical conditions in older adult populations.
