We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Network Relations Manager to lead and oversee our medical provider network operations across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the medical network team to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional growth.

SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Mobile Response Stabilization Program Manager, the Licensed Shift Supervisor will handle crisis calls from the 24/7 hotline, coordinating face-to-face (in person or via video conferencing) responses to high-risk crisis situations within an hour to assess youth and stabilize families. There is no productivity expectation, as crisis calls are managed by the community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide clinical supervision.
- Manage program needs including scheduling, programming, and administration to maintain effective therapeutic services during shifts.
- Manage agency-required documentation and reporting systems.
- Flexibly cover clinical roles of the program as needed to ensure continuous operations during staffing shortages.
- Maintain and develop the clinical record through timely completion of documentation in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Respect client privacy and confidentiality, handling all client-related documents according to agency guidelines.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
- Maintain current trainings, certifications, and licensure as per regulations.
- Uphold high standards of ethical and professional conduct, following agency policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensure: LSW, LPC, LMFT required; LISW, LPCC, or IMFT preferred.
- Skills include strong organizational and time management abilities, cultural competency, effective communication, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience with youth and families in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of DSM-5, family systems, and crisis intervention.
- First Aid and CPR certification (provided by agency).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; approval to transport clients in personal vehicle required.
