Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nursing operations, overseeing clinical performance and policy development based on evidence-based practices to ensure quality and safety.
- Ensure nursing staff and learners adhere to scope of practice, policies, and standards, advocating for patient needs and clinical programs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational activities tailored to staff needs.
- Foster a culture of empowerment, teamwork, and alignment with hospital values and mission.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Management from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a registered nurse
- Relevant certifications as required in the area of assignment
Work Experience
At least 10 years of current clinical nursing experience post-licensure, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Contribute to thought leadership and develop healthcare-focused market offerings
Mentor junior consultants and help build internal healthcare capability
Required Knowledge and Experience:
7–10 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 consulting firm . with a focus on healthcare
Strong background in strategy consulting, health policy, public health, or healthcare operations
Demonstrated experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC healthcare landscape is highly preferred
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver impact under complex regulatory and cultural environments
Extensive experience with Strategy development, performance improvement, business modelling, change management etc.
Preferred skills: Deep understanding of Vision 2030, National Transformation Program, and Health Sector Transformation Strategy. Knowledge of healthcare financing, reimbursement models, and PPP frameworks. Experience in digital health, HIS implementation, or hospital commissioning is a strong asset. Bilingual (English and Arabic) is highly desirable.
