Be a part of our project execution team as a Senior Project Manager (Airport Baggage and Cargo Handling Systems) in Riyadh, KSA. The objective of the Senior Project Manager is to implement and complete the project according to the conditions of the customer order and the defined project management standards in such a way that the contractually stipulated performance, quality and scope are delivered in compliance with the target dates and costs.
What are my responsibilities?- Lead technical, operational, and financial project tasks for successfully implementing airport baggage/cargo handling system.
- Formulates project parameters and monitors progress, tracks key milestones, and reports on project status to stakeholders using various tools and methodologies.
- Organizing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk logs, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to project team members.
- Interacts with clients and interprets their needs and requirements.
- Identify project risks and issues, assess their potential impact, and work with the Project Team and other functions to develop mitigation strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework and collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices.
- Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and reports on the project's status.
- Collaborate with internal disciplines such as engineering, procurement, QHSE, contract management, and other internal cross-functional teams to create more efficient project execution methods and enhance the project's profitability.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment of project objectives and priorities.
- Interact with subcontractors to monitor and control their performance.
- Implement frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
- Ensure the project complies with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Management in airport Baggage/Cargo Handling Systems or large-scale industrial automation projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading, coaching and developing the project teams.
- Hands-on experience in managing complex project milestones and deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts, practices and procedures, resource and schedule management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera and SAP.
- Working knowledge of Revit, ACAD and Conceptboard.
- A collaborative team player with leadership qualities, an open mindset, and excellent listening skills.
- Flexible, independent and able to handle stress effectively.

Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
We are expanding and seeking an experienced and high-performing Regional Sales Manager for our IDS product lines, including Ewon, Red Lion, N-tron, and Anybus. The candidate will report to the Commercial Director for the Middle East & Africa.
HMS develops and markets products and solutions within Industrial Information and Communication Technology (Industrial ICT). Our products and solutions enable industrial equipment to communicate and share information with software and systems. Responsibilities- Solving customer challenges by leveraging the Redlion, Ewon, Ntron, and Anybus product families (and possible future additions) with a primary focus on direct and channel customers, including system integrators, OEMs, and end users within Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Operate with competence in industrial automation application engineering, IIoT applications, and technical sales.
- Develop robust Distributor and approved SI networks primarily in a defined territory.
- Develop verticals of Manufacturing (F&B, Steel, Chemicals, etc.), Utilities (specifically District Cooling, Water / Wastewater), with a special focus on Oil & Gas.
- Manage, train, guide, and maintain the channel partner network, including potentially adding or removing distributors to execute the territory strategy.
- Hold partners to a high standard of conduct and business practices to increase HMS customer reach.
- Create, refine, and execute an annual sales strategy for the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of individual and organizational goals; submit strategy to manager for review.
- Achieve sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives.
- Generate technical sales proposals, contracts, PoCs with a technical support engineer; manage active customer accounts and identify new opportunities within those accounts.
- Collaborate with IDS Marketing to ensure brand awareness and lead generation through digital and physical platforms.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements; speak with customers to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
- Maintain records of customer communications and sales activity in the CRM and establish internal communication systems.
- Develop account management plans to grow business within large accounts.
- Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge to enable in-depth technical presentations and discussions with customers and partners.
- Ensure End User Approvals in major O&G, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Petrochem sectors.
- Min. diploma in an engineering-related discipline.
- Min. of ten to fifteen years of business development & sales experience in a B2B context.
- Working technical knowledge in industrial automation controls, industrial communication protocols, or industrial Ethernet and TCP/IP technologies; Discrete & Process Automation.
- Sales Hunter and Startup Mindset.
- Proficient English level (technical writing and speaking) with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Able to travel extensively within the defined Territory and frequent travel to the regional HQ in Dubai, UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team environment: self-driven and collaborative. Take full accountability for actions and the role; perform well under pressure.
