Danone MENA is seeking a talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (Medical Representative) based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia .
In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, your role will be to drive and contribute to SN brand market share in your area, build productive scientific-based relationships with HCPs, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Influencing HCP attitudes and behaviors: Conduct periodic visits to hospitals, clinics, and private practices to establish strong scientific relationships, position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred, and convince HCPs to choose our solutions first.
- Ensure all healthcare professionals receive accurate information, clinical studies, and appropriate messaging.
- Illustrate the benefits of our solutions and conduct scientific meetings for HCPs.
- Area Management: Identify business opportunities, develop initiatives, implement weekly call cycles, respond to competitive activities, maintain high product knowledge, and follow up on customer queries.
- Review business plans quarterly with the Head of KSA and compile reports on promotional activities, ensuring compliance with WHO and local ethical standards.
- Conduct seminars and nutrition education activities, manage daily databases, and meet key performance indicators.
Team Contributions:
- Participate in meetings to discuss market situations and activities versus KPIs.
- Assist in running seminars and events.
- Intelligence Gathering: Collect competitor intelligence, monitor activities, build relationships with targeted HCPs, update databases, and report on progress.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience in Nutrition or Primary Healthcare Centers is a plus.
Skills & Languages:
- Consumer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, systematic planning, transparency, sound decision-making, teamwork, and results orientation.
- Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English.

In this role:

Key job responsibilities
- Own the security architecture for products that will enforce and enable secure development of Amazon’s healthcare services and continue to protect customer data.
- Partner with engineering leaders in Amazon Health Services to reduce the friction for builders to develop services that are secure-by-design.
- Work closely with your customers, partner teams, and foundational engineering teams to ensure the needs of your customers are clearly understood and effectively addressed.
- Drive adoption and integration of Amazon's paved path security solutions across subsidiaries.

You will lead teams to design secure architecture and build layers of security controls to protect customer information and our infrastructure. In this role, you will lead your team to partner with the engineering teams to deliver software services that are designed for security from the outset and launched with a high security bar. You will continue to raise the security bar of services in production and ensure that there are mechanisms and metrics to improve security. You will define the right long-term security architecture partnering with our engineering leaders, and deliver innovative ideas to improve security across both internal and third-party services that we use to deliver the customer experience. You will need to be an exceptional organizational leader, who can hire, grow and retain a diverse and talented team of cybersecurity professionals to deliver this mission.

Job Description
Role Purpose:
Handle all cases received from outbound related channels and provide exceptional service in every interaction to ensure Health Care Center performance and customer satisfaction, adhering to company and department standards. Serve as a competent, courteous, efficient, and proactive point of contact for both internal and external customers, maintaining a high level of quality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Inbound calls handling;
- Provide high-quality customer service and professional communication skills.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all departments under Bupa Connect Care products and services to provide accurate information on networks, treatments, paperwork, and general queries confidently.
- Resolve and input provider/client requests into CRM following established guidelines.
- Ensure proper, accurate records, files, and databases are maintained.
- Identify recurring problems and direct information accordingly for prompt corrective actions.
- Use and interpret multiple systems for preauthorization, claims research, contract interpretation, and provider network status.
- Understand and interpret client and provider contracts while working with callers.
- Provide customer satisfaction to internal and external customers and strive for continuous service improvement.
- Excellence Recovery;
- Achieve excellent member recovery from the first interaction.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Explain procedures clearly and maintain a high level of NPS survey scores.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure proper resolution.
- Complaints & case management;
- Handle all inbound complaints end-to-end according to department policies and procedures.
- Initiate proper escalation to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure proper recovery for complaints and achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Identify recurring problems and implement corrective actions to resolve cases.

Danone MENA is seeking a talented Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (Medical Representative) based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia .
In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, your role will be to drive and contribute to SN brand market share in your area, build productive scientific-based relationships with HCPs, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their healthcare nutrition needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Influencing HCP attitudes and behaviors: Conduct periodic visits to hospitals, clinics, and private practices to establish strong scientific relationships, position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred, and convince HCPs to choose our solutions first.
- Ensure all healthcare professionals receive accurate information, clinical studies, and appropriate messaging.
- Illustrate the benefits of our solutions and conduct scientific meetings for HCPs.
- Area Management: Identify business opportunities, develop initiatives, implement weekly call cycles, respond to competitive activities, maintain high product knowledge, and follow up on customer queries.
- Review business plans quarterly with the Head of KSA and compile reports on promotional activities, ensuring compliance with WHO and local ethical standards.
- Conduct seminars and nutrition education activities, manage daily databases, and meet key performance indicators.
Team Contributions:
- Participate in meetings to discuss market situations and activities versus KPIs.
- Assist in running seminars and events.
- Intelligence Gathering: Collect competitor intelligence, monitor activities, build relationships with targeted HCPs, update databases, and report on progress.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience in Nutrition or Primary Healthcare Centers is a plus.
Skills & Languages:
- Consumer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, systematic planning, transparency, sound decision-making, teamwork, and results orientation.
- Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English.
