Job Title: Tax Lead

Job Summary:

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Jeddah is seeking a skilled and proactive Tax Lead to join its Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance manager , the ideal candidate will assist in all tax-related functions, including Zakat, VAT, and Withholding Tax, and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations issued by ZATCA . The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws, reporting requirements, and relevant financial accounting standards, along with the ability to handle audits and month-end processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely annual Zakat returns , in accordance with the latest ZATCA guidelines and updates .
• Ensure proper calculation and review of monthly VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) returns .
• Coordinate, prepare, and respond to ZATCA audits and assessments , including Zakat, VAT, and WHT inquiries.
• Coordinate and compile documentation for Local Content audits , and actively communicate with relevant authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
