Produce detailed structural designs and related civil/structural design calculations in line with applicable standards and codes.

Develop Engineering Specifications, scope of work, and technical reports.

Coordinate assigned activities with projects and engineering staff.

SCOPE:

1. Responsible for civil/structural design calculations and detailing of office and industrial buildings, heavy equipment supports, and foundations including foundations for tanks, vessels, pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, and machinery. Designing and detailing of pipe racks, platforms, heavy equipment support structures, and miscellaneous steel structures.
2. Design and detailing of paving and grading, oily water, and storm water drainage in plant areas.
3. Construction support for projects.

2. Thorough knowledge of STADD-III / STAAD PRO.
3. Minimum 6 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 4 years as a Structural Engineer.

The Senior Civil Engineer (Onshore) may have engineer grade onshore civil personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. The Senior Civil Engineer (Onshore) may work under the supervision of a Lead Civil Engineer (Onshore), in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Civil Engineer (Onshore) may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks:

2. Delegating activities to support personnel.

• PMC experience in a similar role for several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
