About the Team

The Enterprise Account Manager will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team focused on the Financial Services Industry (FSI). Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the team fosters a culture of collaboration and personal growth, emphasizing making a meaningful impact rather than simply fulfilling a job. The team's mission is to drive significant year-over-year growth within the banking sector, leveraging strong partnerships and alliances with hardware vendors to navigate complex deals and expand market reach in the region.

You will report to the FSI Sales Lead, who is known for fostering an inclusive and empowering leadership style that encourages team members to take ownership of their accounts and develop their unique sales approaches. The work setup for this role is primarily field-based, with a focus on engaging customers outside of the office. Team members are expected to be in the office only when not engaged in external business meetings, making it a flexible environment that allows for a emphasis on client interactions.

Your Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with 5-6 targeted banking accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota, demonstrating effective account management.
  • Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospects and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
  • Develop crisp enterprise account plans to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and solutions for banking sector clients.
  • Continuously learn and apply technical knowledge to support customer engagement and sales discussions.

What You Will Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT Sales and Account Management.
  • Proven sales track record of success selling technology or solutions into Large Named Accounts in the Financial Services Industries segment .
  • Good Knowledge of the regulations in the FSI segment.
  • A track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in multiple, continuous years.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Experience using SFDC and other CRM software.
  • Strong data center and application-led sales background
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with an affinity for growth, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts.
  • Highly organized, with deep knowledge of account planning and strategy.

On Site: This role is based on-site, offering the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Being physically present allows for seamless teamwork and direct access to resources that support your success. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

JOB SUMMARY:

Performing of building construction site visits during the construction progress for all types of building projects. Based on local rules and regulations, defects and deviations of the construction quality will be documented and summarized in an independent third-party report. Communication and moderation between the stakeholders are necessary. The usage of digital tools, as inspection apps and digital planning evaluation tools (BIM) will be part of the daily performance

Responsibility

  • Issuing reports & documentation of findings and comments and share it with the inspection team in accordance with the Saudi building codes and international standards.
  • Review of design documents and risk report and assessment of existing buildings and preparation of report regarding to TUV SUD process, procedures and assets.
  • Addressing and resolving any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Implementation of quality control measures in building construction based on local regulations
  • Description and assessment of technical problems and development of proposed solutions
  • Monitoring and implementation of acceptances
  • Participation and performance of construction site visits incl. defect and deviation detection
  • Objective preparation of expert opinions for the assessment of claims for defects and damage from a technical point of view
  • Competent support of customers and moderation between business partners
  • Must possess up to date information with the current state of the art know-how in the field of civil engineering and other relevant fields.
  • Should be able to handle the project professionally and effectively.

Qualifications

  • National or International Degree in civil engineering or comparable field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in the field of civil engineering.
  • Well-founded and practice-proven professional and sector experience in industrial and residential construction.
  • Ideally, knowledge of building law and the preparation of expert opinions.
  • Business fluent in English language.
  • Must have valid GCC driving license.
