As a Senior Administrator – Mirnah Systems, you will be crucial in implementing, maintaining, and operating our Mirnah system, ensuring seamless operations for our sales, operations, and logistics teams. This role offers supervisory and management scope, reporting directly to the Division Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Mirnah Project Implementation: Automating sales processes for faster, more controlled, and hassle-free B2B and B2C operations.
- Sales Management Reporting: Developing insightful reports from Mirnah to support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Management: Ensuring 100% data accuracy by maintaining master data, journey plans, pricing, and item codes within Mirnah.
- Operations & Logistics Support: Providing daily support, supervising salesmen load, and managing stock reports in the virtual warehouse.
- Data Integrity: Overseeing daily Mirnah data backups, ERP integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Hardware & Software Maintenance: Organizing preventive maintenance for Mirnah software and hardware (HHT, Printers, etc.) and coordinating with service providers.
- IT Security: Safeguarding IT resources against cyber threats, power failures, and environmental factors.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation and logs of support operations and resolutions.
- Training: Providing training to Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams on Mirnah functionalities and system management.
- Integration: Leading data integration efforts between Mirnah and ERP, collaborating with internal IT and Mirnah support teams.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to procedures for product safety, legality, and quality aspects (relevant for food production).
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mirnah Implementation, Systems Administration, and data center operation.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft server systems (Windows OS, Exchange Server, Active Directory).
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Mirnah system implementation and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows network, Linux/Unix operating systems, Internet operation, CISCO devices, LAN, and WLAN.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent English reading and writing skills.
