Forward Slope (FSI) currently has an opening for a Network / Architect Administrator to join our team. This position is located in Saudi Arabia.
Job Description:
The Network Architect/Administrator is responsible for supporting USG architecture planning for a CENTCOM Partner Network (CPN) technical refresh and expansion; procurement, installation, and configuration of CPN client hardware/software; procurement of CPN software licenses; installation and configuration of CPN related networks with associated communication security devices (COMSEC). The role includes operations support, maintenance, system administration, sustainment, and training for CPN, Agile Client, and related networked sites.
Required Qualifications:
• Six (6) years of experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking.
• At least three (3) years of experience with the CENTCOM Partner Network and CENTRIX.
• Three (3) years of experience as a system manager/integrator in LAN, WAN, and IP-services leveraging COTS technologies.
• Experience with enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructures in military shore facilities, including Command & Control centers.
• Knowledge of information sharing tools like email, Web services, chat, and VoIP.
• BS degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience/certifications).
• DoD 8570 IAT-II certification (e.g., Security+).
• Current U.S. Passport.
• Extensive troubleshooting experience with Microsoft OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Cisco networking.
• Experience with cryptographic devices and COMSEC maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Security+ and Cisco or Network+ certifications.
Desired Qualifications:
• Additional certifications like A+, Network+, MCP, CCENT, MCSA, ITILv3.
• Experience with help desk tools, troubleshooting TCP/IP networks, and enterprise system deployment.
• Physical ability to handle equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with system administration of SEWS, GCCS, CPN, Cisco equipment, cryptography devices.
• Strong understanding of network transport, cybersecurity, TCP/IP fundamentals, VPN technologies, routing protocols, Cisco hardware, VLANs, QoS, high availability, SharePoint administration, and content management.
Other Requirements:
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to relocate to CENTCOM AOR for 3 years.
• Travel within CENTCOM AOR as needed.

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Lead Network Architect to oversee the supervision, design, and implementation of the digital network infrastructure for a large-scale smart city project. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of a secure, scalable, and highly resilient network foundation that supports all Smart City, Security, and ICT services. The Senior Network Architect will lead the detailed design and implementation of both the City Services Network (CN) and the physically separate Physical Safety and Security Network (PSSN). The ideal candidate will validate network configurations, data center connectivity, and the integration of mobile and wireless systems, ensuring robust performance and adherence to the highest industry standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise the design, implementation, and operation of the project's entire digital network infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of security, scalability, and resilience.
- Oversee the detailed design and deployment of the City Services Network (CN) and the Physical Safety and Security Network (PSSN), ensuring physical separation and robust performance.
- Validate all network configurations, including data center connectivity and the integration of mobile and wireless systems, to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Ensure the delivery of a redundant and resilient network topology, including diverse fiber routing and active-active equipment configurations.

- Troubleshoot high-level connectivity issues and review complex network designs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Act as a consultant or client-side supervisor, overseeing the work of major systems integrators and ensuring alignment with project goals.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture, with significant expertise in large-scale campus, smart city, or mega-project environments.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex, multi-vendor network infrastructures in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong background in creating resilient and redundant network topologies, including diverse fiber routing and active-active equipment configurations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade routing, switching, and firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba).
