Overview

Strategy & Consulting - CFO&EV - Management Consulting Finance Transformation Shared Service Principal Director at Accenture Middle East. This role involves advising clients end-to-end on digital process transformation, Global business service, Shared Services, CoEs, and leading engagements to deliver tech-enabled transformation and value.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients end-to-end on digital process transformation, Global business service, Shared Services, CoEs
  • Lead client engagements and be accountable for their successful delivery and client impact
  • Work with the latest technologies to solve problems related to intelligent finance solutions
  • Lead assessments on how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction
  • Organization structure design, working capital optimization, strategic cost optimization, post-merger integration, carveouts, treasury operations, etc.
  • Understand and solve complex business problems and present solutions to stakeholders
  • Be agile and agnostic to solutions as you work with different client circumstances and at an ever-increasing pace
  • Work along with our global clients, with opportunities to travel
  • Share point of view on industry trends
  • Lead development of sales proposals and offerings
  • Contribute as financial / Global business service / Shared service / CoEs SME knowledge to a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Finance Intelligence Operations Risk practice community and build a network across Accenture and clients
  • Management of a sales pipeline and lead the bid / proposal process

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on Shared Services Design & Transition, Global Business Services, Center of Excellence and governance structures
  • Lead digital process transformation and organization design initiatives
  • Support working capital optimization and strategic cost optimization, including treasury operations
  • Perform assessment and design of Shared Services, Target Operating Model, governance and interaction models; prepare transition plans and business cases for proposed org structures
  • Assess opportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic architectures to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct Shared Services feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects and propose Transformation Roadmaps
  • Implement performance measurement and continuous improvement programs
  • Contribute to change impact assessments and oversee transitions for multiple business units
  • Support business development activities including identifying opportunities and presenting proposals
