Role OverviewThe SLP Supervisor is responsible for managing site security and loss prevention operations, including physical security, access control, surveillance, investigations, compliance audits, and vendor management, while partnering with stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards, reduce risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that you understand, align performance and actions with, and can clearly articulate the vision and values of the S&LP department and the business. Flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.
- Manage physical security of sites through guarding service & monitor optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices.
- Manage the SLP JIRA requests for CCTV to make sure that the agreed SLA is being adhered to.
- Facilitate security screening process of all people entering and exiting the facility.
- Complete ad-hoc and batch badge requests within allotted SLA. Assigning access to individuals and/or groups with proper approval.
- Perform risk assessments of the site & operations and give recommendations and action plans to the relevant stakeholders whilst reporting these to the S&LP manager.
- Conduct Security Compliance audits helping to ensure physical standards are in place.
- Escalate all critical incidents to business partners (SLP leadership, Operations, HR, Legal, Safety, etc.)
- Build effective working relationships within the team & manage stakeholders to drive closure of recommendations and management action plans. Effectively partnering with internal customers in evaluating current and future security service’s processes and initiatives
- Conduct preliminary analysis and subsequent investigation of losses both internal & external.
- Conduct detailed investigations within the policy framework, identify root cause & write a report, develop management action plan for process formulation/ compliance/ improvement.
- Conduct interviews when any cases of policy violations arise, including internal and external theft, reporting investigation results.
- Effectively use resources for data, CCTV and other surveillance, for purposes of loss analysis and investigations.
- Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could impact shrink reduction and incidents positively. Identifying, promoting, and implementing best security practices in a designated FC’s and coordinating data collection from multiple FC’s.
- Effectively manage security services vendors for SLA adherence and conduct training for security guards on S&LP processes.
- Manage preventative maintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergency response.
- Manage and maintain access controls and security tools (keys, asset stickers/tags, lost & found, CCTV, metal detectors, turnstiles, radios etc.)
- Coordinate with Government agencies at site level as well as the regulatory authorities for all security related equipment and subjects, (e.g. SIRA, SIA etc.)
- Act as point of contact for law enforcement authorities. Also, for emergency or critical circumstances.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop project & program work plan and ensure compliance with relevant Stakeholders.

The Loss Prevention Specialist (LPS) is a key high level hourly associate position in the Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs). The Loss Prevention Specialist leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, inventory, data, and intellectual property) protection in a designated fulfillment center. The LP Specialist reports to the Loss Prevention Manager responsible for their facility, and aids them in supporting the FC Operational team, and the cross functional teams throughout the organization. Key responsibilities- Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner.
- Ensure internal controls per Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements related to area are fulfilled.
- Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate.

- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts desired and certification
- Familiarity with databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, Access, Exception Based Reporting, etc.
- Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired and Wicklander and Zulawski certification is a plus
- Experience with warehouse or distribution center services
- Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience
- Awareness and implementation of best practices related to the utilization of physical security systems, investigation techniques, effective oversight of contract security officers, and distribution center loss mitigation techniques

Overview
The Loss Prevention Specialist (LPS) is a key high level hourly associate position in the Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs). The Loss Prevention Specialist leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, inventory, data, and intellectual property) protection in a designated fulfillment center. The LP Specialist reports to the Loss Prevention Manager responsible for their facility, and aids them in supporting the FC Operational team, and the cross functional teams throughout the organization. This position will require to adapt to have rotative Shift work, potentially to include nights, weekends and Public Holidays.

Key responsibilities- Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner.
- Ensure internal controls per Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements related to area are fulfilled.
- Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate.
- Inspire performance excellence on the part of all security services team members.
- Ensure that you understand, align performance and actions with and can clearly articulate the vision and values of the organization and their department.
- Meet or surpass your objectives that align with security service model.
- Identify, promote and implement security best practices in a designated FC.
- Serve as department’s liaison and security subject matter expert for facility management keeping them abreast of key issues, strategies and the department’s performance.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methods to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate data collection, through database polling or data entry, from multiple FCs; and conduct analysis generating strategic and tactical interpretations.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control, quality assurance, or other related field
- Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Intermediate English level (b1+)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts desired and certification
- Familiarity with databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, Access, Exception Based Reporting, etc.
- Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired and Wicklander and Zulawski certification is a plus
- Experience with warehouse or distribution center services
- Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience
- Awareness and implementation of best practices related to the utilization of physical security systems, investigation techniques, effective oversight of contract security officers, and distribution center loss mitigation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- Analytical experience in performance based, action and results oriented setting

Overview

Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel
- Ensure that all hotel properties are adequately secured at all times
- Prepare daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and recorded
- Prepare annual security goals
- Liaise with Department Heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security procedures
- Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, etc., involving the hotel, its employees and / or guests
- Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements
You should ideally be a graduate with previous experience in a similar role preferably with a hotel security background. Additional certifications like CPR, First Aid, BHV or the use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) are a definite plus. A fluent command of English in both written and spoken and the capability to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromises at all times is essential.
