- Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide necessary solutions.
- Deliver off-hour support as required, with a commitment to rotating weekly on-call shifts (24-hour support).
- Lead and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide design consultation for firewall necessity and configurations.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and test plans for all supported devices.
- Prepare and maintain support documentation for 1st and 2nd level support teams.
- Document and revise administration procedures for the security, configuration, operation, and administration of devices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Network Security Engineering.
- Experience with network access control solutions and network IDS/IPS solutions.
- Proficiency in network monitoring solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service.
- Excellent project management, technical writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage complex projects, and represent the organization effectively with customers and vendors.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Job Description
TMC is leading a project in Saudi Arabia and we’re looking for a Network Security Engineer to be based in KSA.
– Strong expertise in Cisco firewall technologies (ASA, FTD) and ISE
– Solid experience with Cisco SD-WAN technologies
– Proficient in Palo Alto Networks firewalls; Fortinet experience is a plus
– Deep understanding of SSL VPN, IPsec and other secure tunneling protocols
– In-depth knowledge of routing and switching, including configuration and troubleshooting of BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.
– Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP Security, PCNSE etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with cloud network security (e.g., AWS, Azure)
– Familiarity with NAC, segmentation, and zero-trust principles
