Position Overview
As the Production Engineer at Don Construction Products (DCP) in KSA, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process and planning activities. Responsibilities
Production Management
- Develop and implement daily production plans that align with customer orders and overall operational objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, material chemical or any related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required, both verbally and written.
- 0-2 years of experience required for this role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, planning techniques, and quality control methodologies.

The Shift Production Engineer will be based in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will report to the Production Manager. A Shift Production engineer will be responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with LEAN activities, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs. Manage KPIs and ensure preventative actions are taken to maximize success. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of production, with results impacting on shift target achievement. General Task Management
- Monitor and control shift production activities. Achieve given shift production targets with right Quality.
- Design new processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations.
- Ensure Quality with continuous follow-ups with production team.
- Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs. Develop fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks.
- Generating production documentation such as assembly Work instructions. Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions.
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
- Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout Remove waste from the processes.
- Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time.
- Plan and organize maintenance. Respond to breakdowns. Report down time and possible trends.
- Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
- Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements. Implement Poka-Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors.
- Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training.
- Keep up with current and developing engineering trends. Undertake special projects as required.
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.
- Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.
- Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
- Produce written reports and make presentations.
- Undertake continuous training and development.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Procurement team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
- Input and hold responsibility for Production budgets.
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy.
- Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma
- Proven 10-12 years of experience as a Production Engineer
- Flexible and willing to work in the shifts
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good technical and IT skills, working knowledge of SAP or NetSuite will be advantage
- Good knowledge of HSE and 5S standards
- Proven experience in a Production role, preferably within an automotive or steel fabrication manufacturing environment.
- Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvement
- Knowledge of various processes from Fabrication, Product Assembly, Plating etc.
- Demonstrable experience of running a shifts production, preferably in the Manufacturing, automotive industry.
- A full understanding of the requirements of running a production shifts, such as health and safety and security requirements to include certification of dangerous goods handling and aviation security.

Overview
We are seeking for a Gas Production Engineer to join the Unconventional Production Engineering Division of UR Production Engineering Department.
The Unconventional Production Engineering Division is responsible for providing technical support for all of unconventional rig-less activities, production optimization and well integrity analysis for all unconventional wells in Saudi Arabia.
Your primary role is to be a key technical contributor to multi-disciplinary Development and Production Operations Teams in our Unconventional fields.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate you will be responsible to perform the following:
- Design well completion, continuous production monitoring and Artificial lift performance and develop production target and avails for wells on production.
- Integrate production system modelling, field development planning and optimization, ensure well integrity management and provide best practices for well intervention activities. As a Petroleum Engineer Specialist, you will also be a resource as a technical mentor to other Production Engineering staff and fresh graduates within team.
- You will be involved in aggressive field development plans with a high level of drilling, completion and production activities together with analyzing and optimizing performance of Vertical, horizontal, multi-frac wells.
- Work, mentor, train and transfer knowledge to professionals.
- Develop innovative and effective plunger lift and rod lift designs tailored to unconventional reservoir characteristics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize artificial lift systems for various well conditions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including reservoir engineers, production engineers, to align lift system strategies with reservoir and production goals.
- Analyze production data, well performance trends, and equipment performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
- Implement data-driven solutions to enhance lift system performance.
Minimum Requirements
- As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from a recognized and approved program or Master degree in Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in as a Production Engineer with minimum 5 years working in unconventional fields.
- You should have the ability to multitask, prioritize projects and be available to provide occasional field coverage.
- You must be able to work on collaborative projects with other Departments such as Reservoir, Drilling and Facilities
- You should have proficiency with simulation software applications including Prosper, Saphir, WellCat (or equivalent) with the ability to perform nodal analysis, Rod modeling software.
- You must have a deep understanding on liquid loading issues, well de-liquification practices and production best practices.

OverviewWe are seeking an Oil Production Engineer to join Northern Area Production Engineering Department (NAPED). NAPED provides Production Engineering coverage for all Saudi Aramco Oil and Gas wells in Northern Area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Oil Production Engineer is required to handle the complexity and work-related activities related to oil producers (both natural flow and ESP wells), water injection, water supply and water disposal wells starting from monitoring the drilling operations, completion design, flowback/testing operations, chemical treatments, logging, and integrity assurance to performance remedial work for production enhancement. Addition to the oil and water wells, you will be involved in monitoring gas wells.
Key Responsibilities- You will be required to perform the following:
- Monitor daily drilling and work-over activities to ensure suitable completion practices are adopted by the rig.
- Prepare detailed rigless well intervention programs and supervise jobs in the field. Programs include production logging in horizontal and vertical wells, water saturation monitoring, production enhancement using thru-tubing and bull heading stimulation techniques, portable testing, rigless recompletions etc.
- Monitor production performance, diagnose any anomalies and recommend engineering solutions.
- Perform production optimization activities to ensure reliability and optimum well performance.
- Participate in project technical review and review proposals to ensure efficient/economic operations.
- Champion new technologies aimed at improving well integrity, productivity and efficiency.
- Represent Saudi Aramco in dealing with manufacturers, vendors and outside consultants.
- Proficient in industry used Production Engineering and completion software for production optimization and well completion.
- Conduct seminars; prepare manuals, train engineers and production operating personnel.
As the successful candidate you
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pet Engineering. MS or PhD is desirable, but not required; intensive industry training including appropriate specialized courses and seminars is expected.
- Must have at least18-20years of related experience, including 5 years intensive experience in oil production specialty. Also, should have experience working in oil fields with 15%+ H2S concentration, onshore and offshore environment, and smart well completions.
- Must have ability to provide technical support for well operations, including all aspects of well intervention, well stimulation, well testing, well integrity and application of state-of-the-art technologies.
- Should be active in related professional societies and will have achieved professional recognition through publications, committee activities, etc.

- Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements. Implement Poka-Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors.
- Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training.
- Keep up with current and developing engineering trends. Undertake special projects as required.
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.
- Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.
- Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
- Produce written reports and make presentations.
- Undertake continuous training and development.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Procurement team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
- Input and hold responsibility for Production budgets.
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
- Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma
- Proven 10-12 years of experience as a Production Engineer
- Flexible and willing to work in the shifts
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good technical and IT skills, working knowledge of SAP or NetSuite will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of HSE and 5S standards

- Proven experience in a Production role, preferably within an automotive or steel fabrication manufacturing environment.
- Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvement.
- Knowledge of various processes from Fabrication, Product Assembly, Plating etc.
- Demonstrable experience of running a shifts production, preferably in the Manufacturing, automotive industry.
- A full understanding of the requirements of running a production shifts, such as health and safety and security requirements to include certification of dangerous goods handling and aviation security.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.

OverviewWe are seeking an Oil Production Engineer to join Northern Area Production Engineering Department (NAPED). NAPED provides Production Engineering coverage for all Saudi Aramco Oil and Gas wells in Northern Area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Oil Production Engineer is required to handle the complexity and work-related activities related to oil producers (both natural flow and ESP wells), water injection, water supply and water disposal wells starting from monitoring the drilling operations, completion design, flowback/testing operations, chemical treatments, logging, and integrity assurance to performance remedial work for production enhancement. Addition to the oil and water wells, you will be involved in monitoring gas wells.
Key Responsibilities- You will be required to perform the following:
- Monitor daily drilling and work-over activities to ensure suitable completion practices are adopted by the rig.
- Prepare detailed rigless well intervention programs and supervise jobs in the field. Programs include production logging in horizontal and vertical wells, water saturation monitoring, production enhancement using thru-tubing and bull heading stimulation techniques, portable testing, rigless recompletions etc.
- Monitor production performance, diagnose any anomalies and recommend engineering solutions.
- Perform production optimization activities to ensure reliability and optimum well performance.
- Participate in project technical review and review proposals to ensure efficient/economic operations.
- Champion new technologies aimed at improving well integrity, productivity and efficiency.
- Represent Saudi Aramco in dealing with manufacturers, vendors and outside consultants.
- Proficient in industry used Production Engineering and completion software for production optimization and well completion.
- Conduct seminars; prepare manuals, train engineers and production operating personnel.
As the successful candidate you
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pet Engineering. MS or PhD is desirable, but not required; intensive industry training including appropriate specialized courses and seminars is expected.
- Must have at least18-20years of related experience, including 5 years intensive experience in oil production specialty. Also, should have experience working in oil fields with 15%+ H2S concentration, onshore and offshore environment, and smart well completions.
- Must have ability to provide technical support for well operations, including all aspects of well intervention, well stimulation, well testing, well integrity and application of state-of-the-art technologies.
- Should be active in related professional societies and will have achieved professional recognition through publications, committee activities, etc.
