Position: Data Scientist & Engineer (Junior/Senior)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL, cloud).
- Collect, clean, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for pricing, underwriting, claims, and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and data governance best practices.
- Monitor, optimize, and document data workflows and models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience in AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with insurance datasets and regulatory requirements (SAMA) is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the technical underwriting department across multiple lines of business, including Property, Engineering, Liability, and Aviation.
- Manage day-to-day technical operations including quotation, underwriting performance, broker activity, and reinsurance placement.
- Develop and implement pricing tools and modeling strategies to support underwriting accuracy and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with sales, reinsurance brokers, compliance, and internal audit teams.

Position: Motor Surveyor – Insurance Sector
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles at repair workshops, accident sites, or inspection centers.
- Assess the extent, cause, and nature of vehicle damage.
- Verify the accuracy of repair estimates and workshop quotations.
- Prepare detailed survey reports with photographic evidence for claims assessment.
- Advise underwriters on risk assessment and recommend insurance policy conditions.
- Follow up with workshops and dealers to ensure timely repairs and service completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with SAMA and company regulations.
- Support fraud detection efforts by identifying suspicious cases and irregularities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- IFCE certificate required (Saudi market compliance).

- Coordinating with the internal auditor to reviews the insurance invoices and submitting them to the financial department for disbursement.
- Coordinating with the medical insurance company in preparing features, benefits and networks for the insurance grade.
- Carrying out the work assigned to him by the direct manager and related to the nature of his work.
- Internal relations.
- Functional relations with the director of Human Resources Department.
- Coordinating relations with the rest of the directors of the various departments of the company.
- External relations with the broker and insurance company.
- Supervision ability.
