We are looking for an experienced Informatica ETL Developerto join our team, focusing on managing and optimizing our data pipeline infrastructure.
Role responsibilitiesIn this role you’ll be responsible for analysis, designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter. You will:
- Must have hands-on experience with ETL mappings, workflows, performance tuning, and error handling.
- Strong understanding of EDW lifecycle and data modelling concepts is essential, experience with Oracle DB and PLSQL coding and DB performance tuning.
- Facilitate Agile Release Train Engineer events and processes, including communicating with stakeholders, escalating progress impediments, managing risk, and driving improvement.
- Work closely with Product/Solution Management, Product Owners, and 2 other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Planning is required.

Your Responsibilities- Analysis of current complex ETL workflows.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Creating and optimizing ETL mappings and workflows.
- Performing performance tuning on ETL processes to ensure fast and efficient data loading.
- Implementing robust error handling and logging mechanisms within ETL solutions.
- Collaborating with data architects and business users to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Applying a strong understanding of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) lifecycle and data modeling concepts.
- Has 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter , including building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL workflows and mappings
- Is proficient in Oracle databases , including PL/SQL coding and database performance tuning
- Has a solid understanding of the EDW lifecycle and data modeling concepts
- Works effectively in Agile environments , with advanced knowledge of Agile planning and delivery practices
- Possesses strong teamwork and communication skills
- Has proficiency in English at a strong conversational level (C1)
- Is willing to travel to Riyadh within the first 3 months of employment
- Is open to working on Sundays and public holidays , in alignment with the client’s working hours
- Previous experience working for a bank or proven understanding of banking/financial products and processes
