Support the Finance Team in bill booking, payment processing, and document archiving.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash float in a secure setup and processing petty cash payments.

Receive and record vendor bills in the accounting software and archive them.

Process payments, record them in the accounting software, and upload to online banking.

Process Sadad payments and record transactions.

Maintain and update Excel files for purchase records.

Maintain the finance documents archive.

Assist the business with Arabic compliance and translation as required.

Support the finance team in preparing Excel reports (e.g., landed cost, utilities tracker).

Skills Required

Essential:
