About the Role:
To provide required support for Health, Safety & Security (HS&S), technical advice and guidance to Regional Managers and employees to reinforce a positive Health, Safety and Security culture across the SDL Almarai region encompassing all functions.

Area of responsibilities:

1. Identify hazards and risk control measures using a risk based approach.
2. Provide required support to the Senior HSS Advisor to improve property risk management by means of hazard analysis and education.
3. Provide required support to the Senior/ Regional HSS Advisor in carry out accident investigation & Identify causes, conditions and preventative measures.
4. Provide required support to the Senior/ Regional HSS Advisor to identify HS&S interventions and initiatives to reduce the number of accidents across the regions.
5. Facilitate and provide required support to the Senior/ Regional HSS Advisor to coordinate with senior managers and safety teams to ensure that regional HS&S related training requirements are in place.

Requirements:

• Ideally International General certificate (NEBOSH) or level 3 safety qualification.

Responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in managing an H&S approach on a site where various technical activities related to the management of industrial buildings with coactivity between several companies take place, ideally in the data center industry.
• Engineer profile or equivalent Bac + 5.
• Ability to identify, understand and implement the mandatory requirements and the recommendations of external organizations regarding H&S.
• Knowledge and practice of H&S audits.
• Knowledge and practice of analysis and continuous improvement tools: FMEA, 5M, cause trees, PDCA, etc.
• Knowledge and practice of the ISO 45001 standard.

Role Purpose:
Looking for a Health, Safety, Security & Environment
(HSSE) Manager
to lead and oversee all site safety, security, and environmental programs. The role holder is responsible for monitoring, controlling, recording, and reporting on health and safety compliance across all the Company's projects. The role holder is required to set safety measures to ensure the safety of the contractors and consultants during the construction in order to prevent accidents and provide optimal working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a regular presence at construction and operational sites to monitor compliance, engage with contractors, and lead on-site HSSE initiatives.

• Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met as per the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirement, continually monitor site activity with regards to HSE.
