  • Problem-Solving : Addressing any issues related to revenue management and finding solutions to optimize performance.
  • Reservations handling : Assisting Reservations Team in the daily operational tasks (attending phone & e-mail enquiries, room allocation, reservation updates)
Qualifications
  • 2-year minimum hotel experience in an international brand
  • Work experience in rooms reservations in a must
