  • Network: Established connections with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong relationship development, risk awareness, and a consultative selling approach.
  • Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and ready to manage evolving client needs in a dynamic global market.
  • Earning Potential: Commission-only structure with weekly payouts; top performers can earn between $100,0 0 and 500,000 or more annually.
