Role Overview
We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Investment Advisors. This is a commission-only position with the potential to earn $50,000 or more annually through our lucrative commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire high-net-worth (HNW) clients across multiple regions.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with veteran hedge fund managers to refine strategies and proposals for prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Partner with regional managers to expand Balfour’s international footprint.
- Client Management: Maintain and update Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for each account originated.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about global economic trends, market shifts, and compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within financial services.
- Network: Established connections with high-net-worth clientele.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Strong relationship development, risk awareness, and a consultative selling approach.
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and ready to manage evolving client needs in a dynamic global market.
- Earning Potential: Commission-only structure with weekly payouts; top performers can earn between $100,0 0 and 500,000 or more annually.
