- Job Summary :
Identifying and pursuing investment opportunities, selecting, and appointing investment managers, developing investment policies and guidelines, constructing, and managing the investment portfolio, and measuring and reporting on investment performance.
- Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
-Explore investment impact the Total Addressable Market (
TAM
) to identify potential investment opportunities that associate with the investment objectives.
-Appointing managers to kick start the fund's mandate and prepare Investment Management Agreements with them.
-Identifying themes and develop asset allocation, investment policy, and guidelines that align with the fund's investment objectives and risk appetite.
-Developing an impact measurement framework and appropriate benchmark to measure the performance of the investment portfolio.
-Conducting periodic portfolio reviews, meetings, and documentation enhancements to ensure that the investment portfolio is aligned with the fund's investment objectives and risk appetite.
-Managing the investment portfolio, including portfolio construction modeling and consultations
-Preparing management information for stakeholders (Top Management, Investment Committee) to provide regular updates on the performance of the investment portfolio.
-Develop and oversee special projects investment plans and asset allocation as per objectives provided by project owner, overseeing portfolio transfer completion and cash flow projections and estimations of operational and capital expenses.
-Produce regular market monitoring reports for institutional investors and internal departments.
-Produce regular reporting for each portfolio.
-Initial and ongoing due diligence of service providers and investment managers/advisors.
-Keep deal pipelines up-to-date in co-operation with partner banks.
