Required Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management within healthcare, life sciences, or distribution/logistics sectors in the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud (or equivalent Tier 1 SaaS platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain or operational transformation.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across GCC and broader Middle East region (~50%).

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and deliver strategic healthcare consulting engagements in Saudi Arabia. You will work with government ministries, healthcare providers, and private sector players to drive transformation aligned with Vision 2030 and National Health Strategy objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience from a Big 4 firm, a proven track record in healthcare delivery and reform, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead and manage large-scale healthcare consulting projects, including health system transformation, strategy development, digital health, operational improvement, and regulatory alignment
  • Advise clients on key healthcare challenges including clinical governance, health financing, service delivery models, and value-based care
  • Support government health entities ((Ministry of Health ) MOH , Vision Realization Offices, Hold Co., etc.) and private healthcare providers in developing and executing national transformation programs
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

  • Contribute to thought leadership and develop healthcare-focused market offerings
  • Mentor junior consultants and help build internal healthcare capability


Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 consulting firm . with a focus on healthcare
  • Strong background in strategy consulting, health policy, public health, or healthcare operations
  • Demonstrated experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC healthcare landscape is highly preferred
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver impact under complex regulatory and cultural environments
  • Extensive experience with Strategy development, performance improvement, business modelling, change management etc.


Preferred skills: Deep understanding of Vision 2030, National Transformation Program, and Health Sector Transformation Strategy. Knowledge of healthcare financing, reimbursement models, and PPP frameworks. Experience in digital health, HIS implementation, or hospital commissioning is a strong asset. Bilingual (English and Arabic) is highly desirable.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Health Project Manager to lead projects focused on the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle Health solutions, including EHR and other healthcare applications. The successful candidate will ensure seamless project delivery while meeting organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the Head of PM and presales team to understand the project being evaluated to ensure that the successful bid will be managed successfully.
  • Work with the contracts team to review the client contract before signing to ensure implementation risks are mitigated.
  • Work with technical managers to ensure that the proper skills are available and ready for mobility before project kick-off.
  • Manage the handover process from the bidding team to the operations team to ensure the proper kick-off of the project.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Prepare the detailed project time plan with a detailed time schedule in coordination with all stakeholders including the PM of the client.
  • Ensure that all risks are identified, and applicable action plan(s) are acknowledged by all and ready if applicable.
  • Ensure that the project’s overall objectives, targets at various key stages, and individuals’ responsibilities are clearly communicated and understood by all concerned parties.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and manage the day-to-day activities within the project to ensure successful delivery.
  • Represent Giza Systems in all meetings and communications with client representatives.
  • Ensure continuous and periodical communication between all stakeholders of the project to ensure that the delivery is on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage proactively all challenges and issues that might arise in the middle of the project to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with procurement, purchasing, and logistics for all material ordering and delivery considering all logistics aspects mentioned in the contract.
  • Review and undertake quality assurance on all client deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Follow-up on stage approvals with the client and compile acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Monitor the invoicing on a project and notify Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
  • Support and ensure the collection of revenue with the client.
  • Follow and ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures & financial systems.
  • Highlight areas of slippage and identify/initiate corrective action.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Ensure project revenue/cash status matches planned for both In/Out.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and ensure proper communication is maintained.
  • Update the Account Manager regularly on the progress and development of the Project.
  • Review with the Head of PM and the Region Operations Manager the progress of the project and coordinate client maintenance activities if needed.
  • Manage the relation with suppliers and key subcontractors to ensure that the required deliverables meet expectations.

In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, you will be responsible to drive and contribute to SN brand market share in the assigned area, build productive scientific-based HCP relationships, taking responsibility for HCP satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their health care nutrition needs.

The candidatewill also carry the following responsibilities:

1.Influencing HCP attitude and behavior:

  • Periodical visits to HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to establish strong scientific based relationship and position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred solutions with the HCP's and position SN as Company of first choice for the HCPs. With the appropriate level of scientific based argumentation and relationship development, convince HCPs to choose our solutions as first choice.
  • Ensure all doctors/HCP/KOL receive the right message, information, and clinical studies.
  • Illustrate the benefit/s of our solutions to the HCPs.
  • Conduct scientific audio / visual meetings for HCPs.
  • Area Management:
    • Identity business opportunities within respective area and evaluate learning's to develop business initiatives and
    • tactics to realize the real potential.
    • Implement "weekly call cycle" in constant coordination with direct manager.
    • Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act these in order to help protect our market position.
    • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and hand outs and answer any question from HCP.
    • Following up customer queries/complaints.
    • Review business plan in line with cycle objectives on a quarterly basis with the Head of KSA .

    3.Team Input:

    • Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation, problems that were faced and to appraise.

    • Helping to run seminars/events.
  • Intelligence and Insights Gathering:
    • Collecting intelligence on the HCP Universe, e.g. identifying new contacts.
    • Monitor all competitor activities, including consumer offers, medical conferences and round tables and report it to management.
    • Conduct medical detailing face to face call and have on-going contact with identified lists of HCPs across the defined geographical area.
    • Build strong relationships to targeted HCPs and mapping the Decision-Making networks in the region.
    • Carry out promotional activities with targeted HCPs.
    • Update competitor intelligence and input into database.
    • Record and report back on call visits and progress against set objectives.
    • Attend and participate in internal meetings as required.
    About You

    To be successful in the role you should ideally have:

    Experience And Education:

    • Education: BSc. in Medical, Pharmacist or Dietitian
    • Experience at least for 2 years
    • Experience in Nutrition field is a plus. Experience with Primary Healthcare Center is a plus as well.
