An Early Career Trainee will be trained over 24 months as a Clinical Education Specialist in WHXR. They will be responsible for delivering formal training on WHXR products and providing post-sales training and support to customers either on-site or via digital platforms.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE HealthCare equipment in a specific modality area.
  2. Conduct high-quality application training at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE HealthCare equipment, optimizing image quality and productivity.
  3. Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, identifying and capitalizing on immediate customer needs.
  4. Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values, and sought benefits.
  5. Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
  6. Support Trade shows, Workshops, Show sites, and Customer visits.
  7. Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
  8. Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per local protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Education: Radiography degree
  2. 0 to 2 years practical experience in the considered imaging modality.
  3. Curiosity and passion for medical products and technology.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including good communication skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take necessary actions.
  6. Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
  7. Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments.
  8. Ability to travel and be at customer sites up to 80% of the working time (annual average).
  9. Teaching skills and experience.
  10. Empathy and customer-centric mindset.
  11. Fluent in English.
  12. Readiness to have fixed-term contract for 1 year.
