Identify, attract, and evaluate exceptional founders poised to create transformative health technology companies including attending events and integrating into the local founder tech ecosystem to raise the profile of SSRH.
Partner with founders to refine their ideas, prototypes, strategic plans, and pitch.

What You’ll Need:
8+ years of combined experience across: founding/scaling health technology companies, product/technology leadership at early-stage startups, or venture/PE investing with a focus on technical due diligence.
Deep understanding of the KSA healthcare market, including technical infrastructure, regulatory environment, and unique scaling challenges.
Exceptional research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with fluency in business model analysis, technical feasibility and competitive risk assessment, and investment thesis development.
Strong experience in fundraising, financial modeling, valuation, and structuring capital transactions within the GCC region.
A Bachelor’s Degree with a record of high academic achievement, ideally in a technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Who You Are:
Product & Technical Leadership. You have a proven track record of making good product, technical, and commercial decisions in uncertain environments. You are a systems thinker and experienced builder who can credibly guide founding teams to success.
