Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in the French Fries industry to lead and manage our French Fries production facility in Hail. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall plant operations, staff management, production efficiency, quality assurance, and profitability, ensuring the plant runs at the highest operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise plant staff.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to build a high-performing team.
Operations Management
• Oversee daily production activities and workflow to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly performance and operational reports.
Inventory & Procurement
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum stock for consumables and spare parts.
• Arrange procurement of recommended spare parts and manage vendor relationships.
Planning & Development
• Plan production schedules and analyze industry trends.
• Ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations and market demands.
Food Safety & Quality
• Enforce strict adherence to health, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
• Maintain and improve HACCP and ISO standards across operations.
Financial Management
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and expenses.
• Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
Leadership & Communication
• Lead with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Technical Proficiency
• Apply strong technical knowledge of French Fries production and food manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or production challenges efficiently.
Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions for operational excellence.
Qualifications
• Nationality: Saudi nationality preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in plant management within the food industry.
• Overall Food Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industrial standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
