قطاع معالجة الأغذية أو صناعة الشوكولاتة
، مع فهم عميق

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • تطوير وتنفيذ
    استراتيجية مبيعات التصدير
    الخاصة بالشركة لمنتجات الشوكولاتة في الأسواق الدولية المستهدفة.
  • تحديد وتقييم وتطوير علاقات مع
    الموزعين والمستوردين وشركاء الأعمال
    في الخارج.
  • قيادة
    عمليات التفاوض على العقود
    ووضع
    استراتيجيات التسعير
    والاتفاقيات التجارية مع العملاء الدوليين.
  • إجراء
    دراسات السوق وتحليل المنافسين
    لتحديد وجهات التصدير المحتملة وتقييم جدوى الدخول إليها.
  • ضمان الامتثال
    لقوانين التجارة الدولية
    ومعايير
    السلامة الغذائية
    ومتطلبات
    التوثيق الخاصة بالتصدير
    .
  • التنسيق بشكل وثيق مع أقسام
    الإنتاج وسلسلة الإمداد وضبط الجودة
    لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة الدولية.
  • المشاركة في
    المعارض والفعاليات الدولية والبعثات التجارية
    للترويج لمنتجات الشركة وتعزيز علامتها التجارية.
  • إعداد وتقديم
    تقارير أداء التصدير
    الدورية والتحليلات السوقية وتوقعات المبيعات للإدارة العليا.
  • متابعة أحدث
    أنظمة الجمارك ومعايير التغليف ومتطلبات الملصقات وإجراءات النقل واللوجستيات
    في الدول المستهدفة.
  • بناء
    شراكات استراتيجية طويلة الأمد
    لدعم النمو الدولي المستدام للشركة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في
    إدارة الأعمال أو التجارة الدولية أو التسويق أو علوم الأغذية
    .
  • خبرة لا تقل عن
    10 سنوات
    في
    مبيعات التصدير أو تطوير الأعمال الدولية
    ضمن
    قطاع الأغذية أو الشوكولاتة
    .
  • فهم قوي
    للأسواق الدولية والعالمية
    .
  • إتقان تام
    للغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية
    (معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
  • سجل مثبت في
    تحقيق أهداف مبيعات التصدير وتطوير أسواق جديدة
    .
  • معرفة عميقة
    بأنظمة التصدير والإجراءات الجمركية وإدارة الخدمات اللوجستية
    .
  • مهارات استثنائية في
    التفاوض والتواصل والعرض والإقناع
    .
  • القدرة على
    العمل بشكل مستقل والتفكير الاستراتيجي والعمل تحت الضغط
    .
  • إجادة استخدام
    برامج Microsoft Office
