+ Participate in periodic revision of RCER and standards and implement the same in line with Kingdom's laws, international regulations and standards, and best practices.
+ Lead and supervise small team in water monitoring, as and when required.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or other relevant Sciences/Engineering.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience working in the field of Environmental Management with primary experience within the heavy industries related to water recycling and wastewater treatment systems.
+ Familiarity with water-related software tools for monitoring and reporting.
+ Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment regulations followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
+ Experience of the environmental regulatory process within heavy industries, preferably with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu or similar entity.
+ Excellent spoken and written English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
+ Intermediate computer skills are essential with experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
