- 10 or more years’ Years or more related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
- Highly experienced in scheduled maintenance, repair and modification, with demonstrable experience of leading teams in an aerospace environment.
- A good communicator, technical and non-technical, with the ability to effectively engage across multiple Functions and levels, both internally and with the customer.
- Capable of understanding and interpreting Technical Documents, Technical Drawings and/or associated Authorized Technical Publications (ATP’s), to provide guidance to their team/s if necessary.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Typically, 12-16 Years or more related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in scheduled maintenance, repair and modification, with demonstrable experience of leading teams in an aerospace environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Military safety, certification and qualification processes.
- 2+ years of experience with external regulatory/airworthiness authorities
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to meet aggressive schedules
- Experience leading a large project or program which required the use of project management tools and processes
