Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or BSc in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic or related field)
- Certificate (preferable diploma) or equivalent experience in low voltage circuits
- 4 years experience in repair role in the media, television broadcast industry (Proof of experience is essential with a list of the types and models of equipment that has been repaired by the candidate)
- Knowledge and experience of broadcast operational practices in the Media Industry
- Troubleshooting and component level repair of faulty video equipment such as VTRs, cameras and professional monitors of common brands (Sony, JVC, Canon) - Essential
- Troubleshooting and mending of faulty broadcast equipment such as switchers, multiplexers, etc. - Bonus
- Ability to work at high standard under pressure (sometimes extreme) and meet tight and often unrealistic deadlines
- High standard and attention to details
- Good understanding of commercial, financial and contractual matters
- Ability to use diagnosis and repair equipment
- Excellent soldering ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills
- Travel within Saudi Arabia (Major Cities) and work outside hours
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment and produce diagnosis reports

- Work with presales to identify risks in equipment choices

The role holder is responsible for carrying out service field activities (preventive maintenance, call back attendance, planned/un planned repair works, modernization etc.), within the respective territory/route assigned. Core Responsibilities:

- Completes timesheets, log cards, maintenance JHA, OSA forms, SVR sheets etc. associated with mechanical duties in timely manner.
- Conducts operations within the client site rules and regulations, escalating potential conflicts with Otis safety guidelines.
- Ensures all service/maintenance operations are conducted within the OTIS safe working procedures, WWJSSS requirement etc. and adequate personal protective equipment to minimize any safety concerns.
- Supports other junior colleagues with service/maintenance operations at the client sites, acting as a buddy to help develop their skills further.
- Reports any accidents, near misses, potential hazards, and unsafe conditions etc. that occur during work activity and impact the safety of the mechanics or end users to the Team Lead - Mechanic.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 To 10 years’ experience in elevator industry
- Trouble shooting, major and minor repair works for Elevator and Escalator.
- Diploma or equivalent education
- Good communication skills

Role Overview:The role holder is responsible for executing service field activities such as preventive maintenance, callback attendance, planned and unplanned repairs, and modernization within the assigned territory/route. Duties must be performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities:- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and contractual works on assigned units as per route chart.
- Conduct adjustments and repairs (planned & unplanned) for Otis products within the area, with minimal assistance from the Team Lead - Mechanic.
- Attend to equipment call-backs, conduct inspections, and fault finding to restore service.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing elevators and escalators.
- Diploma or equivalent education.
- Good communication skills.
