1. Implements and maintains PACS systems to include image data maintenance and image archive and display
2. Stores and prepare images, and to provide overall maintenance to the system. Uses picture archiving and communications system (PACS) to deliver digital images to better assist with patient treatment.

Job PurposeTo lead the preparation of complex technical and commercial proposals by reviewing client requirements, developing optimized designs, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, validation of technical documents, and customer support during pre-sales and project execution stages.
Key Accountability AreasProposal Development and Costing
- Review customer RFQs and technical specifications to determine design requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs by analyzing drawings, materials, and labor requirements.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and compliance with customer needs.
Technical Review and Documentation
- Develop and review technical documentation, including design calculations, schematics, and proposals.

Job Description
The Engineer II, Quality – Telecom is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of telecom installation, integration, and testing activities as per project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. This role supports the implementation of quality control plans and ensures compliance throughout the telecom systems lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and inspect telecom works such as fiber optic cabling, wireless systems, data transmission lines, and telecom equipment installation.
Ensure all telecom materials and installations comply with project specifications, standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, ITU, IEEE), and client requirements.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and tests during installation, commissioning, and final acceptance stages.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Review and verify telecom method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
Maintain records of inspections, tests, and quality observations in line with the project’s quality documentation system.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities within telecom quality processes.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance during all QA/QC activities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in telecom QA/QC, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001, PMP, or relevant telecom certifications.
Knowledge: Familiar with telecom standards and quality processes. Understanding of fiber optics, structured cabling, telecom networking, and commissioning protocols.
