Responsible for managing a large enterprise / Govt sector in KSA.
Day to day management of the team by handling escalations.
Defining and enforcing the procedures and policies to ensure 100% uptime.
Helping with the overall network architecture and vendor management.
Performing periodic network audits and deploying the industry best practices.
Responsible for making Incident reports, Root cause analysis and sharing with the customer.
Responsible for reviewing the changes and active participation in CAB discussions.
Responsible for maintaining documentation, diagrams, Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
At least 6 years of experience in managing large distributed networks.
Experience in running large enterprise networks on a 24-7 basis.
JNCIE SEC or JNCIE MT accreditation is mandatory, and deep knowledge of Juniper networking products like SSG, ISG, STRM, SSL VPN Gateway, M10i, J Series and EX series switches, etc.
Deep understanding of OSPF and BGP protocols’ operation principles, switching technologies, etc.
Knowledge of IP network design, WAN and LAN networking (MSTP and RSTP knowledge is essential) and multi-service CoPP, QoS installations.
Experience in Juniper Security / Firewalls, Load balancers like F5 LTM is a plus.
Must have experience in managing distributed teams is an added advantage.
Experience in Juniper M/J/EX series is needed.
Experience in managing customers is a plus.
Experience in vendor management is a plus.
Comfortable to work under pressure environment.
ITIL v3 Foundation certification is mandatory.
