The Level 3 Senior Network & Wireless Ops Engineer oversees the stability and security of LAN/SD-WAN/ACI and wireless networks, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and compliance. This role handles escalated incidents, automation, and cross-team collaboration. Responsible for overseeing the stability, performance, and optimization of the organization’s enterprise network infrastructure. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies across LAN, SD-WAN, Internet, DMZ, B2B, and ACI Data Center environments. This engineer is expected to handle complex incidents, lead root cause analysis, and guide architectural decisions.
Responsibilities- Monitor WLCs, AP health, and BYOD services via Cisco Prime/Aruba AirWave.
- Optimize QoS for wireless UC (Teams/Zoom).
- Network Infrastructure Oversight: Manage and optimize routing, switching, and interconnectivity across LAN, WAN, DMZ, B2B, and cloud environments. Ensure availability, performance, and security of network services supporting critical business applications.
