Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

Job Roles and Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

• Provide visibility into the financial metrics and status of the educational institute to the President and Board of Trustees and implement the Board’s decisions through the establishment of policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, investment structuring, fundraising strategy, and compliance, playing a vital role in our upcoming capital raise and IPO in the Saudi Parallel Market (Nomu).

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis aligned with iGate's growth and investment strategy.
2. Design and lead equity and debt fundraising efforts, including investor relations and pitch material.
3. Prepare iGate for listing in the Nomu market including due diligence, governance, and compliance processes.
