• Strong knowledge of construction accounting (WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion, job costing) .
• Experience with ERP/software used in construction (e.g., Sage 300 CRE, Procore, QuickBooks with construction modules).
• Solid background in cash flow forecasting, project financing, and capital planning .
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
