- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years overseeing large and highly regulated projects.
- Expertise in large-project contracting, cost accounting standards, compliance audits, and financial controls.
- Strong command of financial systems, project accounting tools, and ERP platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience supporting sensitive, mission-critical programs under strict confidentiality.
- Familiarity with contract vehicles such as IDIQs, cost-plus, fixed-price, or T&M.
